HONEST!!!! I called today and spoke to Alvi. Told him that I had some guests over and there was a red wine stain on my new hand hooked wool rug Fast, friendly, and efficient. I got a hand-me-down oriental rug that was in desperate need of a freshening up. Aladdin Rug Service did a great job cleaning it -they actually put it through two rounds of cleaning as they weren't pleased with it the first time around. I got a really pretty runner to put in the foyer by my front door. Really pretty... and pretty stupid to pick something light in color when our New Jersey winters are a mess. Lesson learned.
